I really just want to hear what it's like for > others. This is my first year in NC, 7th in teaching, and this is my last week in CMS. After the first week I knew that there wasn't a light at the end of the tunnel and promptly handed in my resignation. Everyone here will more than likely try to convince you to hang in there but it's truly not worth it.
