I switched jobs this year in hopes that it would be better but I don't think "better" exists anymore. I will work out the year but I am pretty sure that this is it. They just keep piling on more and more and now it seems as though teaching is the smallest part of my job with assessments and data keeping being the largest part! Knowing that each month will bring me closer to a change will make it bearable.
