I did my workday at home. What is the problem with these gas stations? Why does everybody else in the country have gasoline (including Louisiana and Texas) and at much lower prices??? My brother- in-law lives in PA, and they never had a gasoline shortage. He was paying $3.49 a gallon there while this morning I paid $3.84 in South Carolina! Okay, so we had a hurricane, but we've had many hurricanes in the past. I grew up with hurricanes when I lived in Florida. We never had a gasoline shortage or prices that jumped up so much so quickly. I enjoyed my day "off," but I wish people in our area didn't have to wait in line for two hours to get gasoline. (I was one of the lucky ones who got gasoline before the crunch hit.)
