The same thing happened to us. We had to go back through the entire
moodle, page by page, and make sure we had completed and submitted
everything. I don't remember what it was on mine but we all had
forgotten to either click a button or answer a question somewhere. It
only takes one missed step to make the certificate not printable.
There is a certificate. We each had to submit our certificate and
"journal" for credit. We did this at the beginning of last year so
things may have changed.
