contact the state department of ed.

I am almost sure you could go through an alternative program
if someone is interested in hiring you.

You can also check with the state to see what more you need
to do to get certified in NH. Might be a few courses more.

Also if there is a big need in your area the district can
petition the state for a PTE for you. "Permission to Employ"
while you work on certification.
