Are you certified in bilingual education? Are you willing to be
a bilingual teacher? I couldn't get any interviews with my
regular certification but as soon as I obtained a certificate of
eligibility in bilingual education I was called from every
district that I applied to. Try it, there's a high demand for
teachers certified in that area.
