If you like your job and it's secure, I don't know if I'd make
the jump for just a long term sub position..If it was
permanent, that would be a different story.. Even if they hire
you permanent, you still have to worry about tenure and budget
cuts. Are you qualified to teach it? Do you know what you'd do
on your first day? How would you handle kids that cut up in
class and may not take your class as serious as a math or
science course?
In the end only you can make the decision...
