I am a forth year teacher who missed the three year tenure by a month based on my DOH. I am no longer enjoying teaching based on District and bureaucracy. If I resign my position what happens to my license and my pension?
ron/nj Your license is fine and has nothing to do with resigning unless you don't give the required notice. If you leave earlier, that's a different story. If you never teach again, you might be able to get monies back paid in, not sure on that point. Talk to the union regarding the pension. Good luck.
