A school's state test scores are almost always just as good or
as bad as the behavior by the students and working
conditions. I haven't seen an exception yet.
Bad test scores= guaranteed awful place to work.
So just check the test scores on "Great Schools" or at the
state dept. of ed and you should have a good idea what you
are walking into
