It doesn't matter how hard you worked doing a monkey job. Are you telling
us that teachers need a Learning Strategist?

At my school we have math classroom taught by substitutes, and the
district has no desire to hire HQ math and science teachers to save money.
The district has money to pay a useless Learning Strategist.
