Hi all I need advice if I may ask you. I am in the military and after a couple of tours I transferred to Las Vegas. Most likely my family and my dad will stay with me for the next 5 years. My questions is about my dad who is a math teacher at a high school in Cleveland Ohio. I want him to stay with me, we are very close. He worries that at 62 he won't be able to get hired due to his age. He is in a very good shape looks much younger his age, former marine, and Golf war veteran. He started teaching after 25 years in the military. He is teaching in Cleveland since 2002. Honestly, I mean no offence but I hate him teaching in Cleveland city schools, it is a horrible place to teach. I observed his classroom a few times. Kids are rude and have no desire to learn, teachers are held responsible for students failure, and are at the mercy of the principal, test score is 65% of teachers evaluation.
