Posted by Sam on 9/07/08 I have a friend who lives in the area and has her masters in middle school Science and Language arts. She has been looking for positions for 2 years with no luck. She has tried forest hills, maderia, lakota, west chester, redding, loveland,-pretty much everywhere. Its a very tight market and there are hundreds of applicants for a handful (or less) positions. Even with experience it can be very very difficult. Elementary is almost impossible. There are so many applicants and so few jobs. Other friends of mine have been subbing for years with no luck.
