I would not move until you have a job here secured. This
will be my second year without a position (I am only
certified to teach P-3, which is a saturated field). Also I
do agree with Tina that it most certainly depend on the area
you move to. It has become apparent to me that in some of
the smaller districts it is all about who you know and how
much it will cost the district to hire you. Funding in
education is all messed up and it forces some districts to
look more at costs than qualifications.
