Unfortunately, I have. I was passed over at the end of last
school year for a position this year in favor of a brand new
(cheaper) graduate with only student teaching experience (which,
as you know is not really experience at all). I was so
ticked,,,,but being here in wonderful NE Ohio, have decided that
the system just sucks and unless you know the right people or have
a family member who donates massive amounts of money to a school,
you have no chance.
