    Post: license

    Posted by Cleboe on 9/10/08

hello all, I have a question, I have taken the oget, osat and
opte and passed all 3 on my first attempts, I've spent my
semester of student teaching as well. However, due to a
divorce and a need to receive enough income to fight for my
children's custody I withdrew from my final semester of
college needing only to finish an economics and a foreign
language class to graduate. That was 3 years ago and I have
since resolved all court issues and I would love nothing
more than to finish and become the teacher I sat out to be
yet, I'm not sure if the lag in time will hurt me. Do any of
you know whether or not I have messed this up? Also is there
any way of obtaining an emergency license or a temporary
license so I could enter the classroom and finish the degree
in a semester of night school?
    Any suggestions are welcome!
    Thank you for your time.
