    Re: contract question

in most states you are violating your contract and the
district can complain to the state credential department and
have your credential suspended for a year. The second time
you break a public school teaching contract your credential
can be revoked in most states.

You can go to your principal and tell him that you want to
quit and ask if he will allow you to do it. If he says yes
then you need to get it in writing that you have permission.
