Response to 5/24/09 on the OPTE,
>Personally I thought that the OPTE was the hardest test of
the three state boards. There could be 2 possible answers
out of the choices but one answer is more correct then the
other answers. I found this test to be difficult. I had to
draw on all of my teaching experience not including lecture
from our professors and their classroom experiences. Some of
the answers you could reason out and others you had to
determine what would be most appropriate for the situation.
I was glad that I passed the first time and that I didn't
have to take it again. Immediatly after I took the exam I
was just hoping that I would at least pass, but once I
received my scores I did alot better then I thought
originally. Good luck and I hope this helps.
