    I used to work with a agency that dealt with Section 8. You
    will have to find the Section 8 home yourself. Also, I
    seriously doubt you will be eligible to keep your section 8
    once you finish your degree. 30,000 in New York (or other
    states)is not equivalent to 30,000 in South Carolina.
