    I was in your situation in PA 4 years ago. I had a phone
    interview with a good district here and was hired. It is a
    different culture...be prepared! But the weather is great and
    the people are friendly. Hard to find good pizza, though. My
    area has several new schools opening, and there always seem to
    be job postings....I'm in York 3. Lots of building going on and
    many transplants from the north here.
