I'm sorry, I should clarify. I came across a thread about National
Boards, and the debate over funding the stipend. I thought my post
was going to be associated with that particular thread. Most of
the comments were terribly written and oftentimes ridiculous in
concept. If you don't know the difference between "there"
and "their", or feel that the drinking water in SC contributes to
poor test scores, you certainly can't claim to be a top-notch
educator who deserves a 30% raise.
