First, why all the ! marks, totally unnecessary.
Second, you have fragmented sentences in your paragraph.
Third, Use of too many 's in your paragraph with poor word
choices. Using the word "couldn't" twice especially one right
after another is not good.
Fourth, the three dots...unnecessary, even for dramatic effect.
Use a comma instead.
Fifth, the abbreviation NB for what? Do not assume your reader
knows what NB means unless you have already stated it somewhere
else.
Sixth, You finished your paragraph with a question, and no
question mark. Bad form.
