I am no longer a resident of South Dakota, but was bron and
raised there and taught in Perkins county rural schools
many years ago. I am 89 years old and have published three
books, Prairie Rattlers, Long Johns and Chokecherry
Wine,which is a memoir of growing up on the prairie in the
1920s and 30s. My sedond book is Beyond the Silent
Prairie, the rest of my life after meeting my soul mate and
living with him until his death after 66 years of love.
My third book, just out is titled Inspirations and
Reflections, 89 Year of Life and Love, a book of
inspirational poems of my life on the prairie and many
years since. All these books can be purchased at
