Re: I can't find a teaching job!!!!!!!!!!

Don't feel bad. I'm in the same boat. I did an interium in OakRidge
last year for 6 months. They wanted to hire me but funding got cut
and they couldn't add another classroom. I put in my application in
OakRidge, Anderson, Clinton, Campbell, and Knox and I was called back
for 1 interview in the school system. I went through 2 interview
processes to find out that I didn't get the job, but someone whose
daughter went to the school and who had previously been on a comittee
at the school got the job. She has more education, but I have way
more experience. It's just frustrating...I'm at the point where I
feel the same way, it's all in who you know... and sometimes that
doesn't even work... I graduated May of last year and this is my
second round of trying to find a teaching job. I was only called for
1 interview out of all the school systems I applied for.
