Post: initial interview with memphis public schools

Next week, I am scheduled to have the initial interview
for a teaching position with the Memphis City School
system. This interview, in my opinion, is merely a
screening process as opposed to a face-to-face interview
with a department head.

Anyone out there familiar with this initial phase and what
is involved as far as questioning is concerned. I do know
that part of it consists of a writing portion.

I would appreciate any information one could provide in
this matter.
