I teach in Loudoun. Our transfers just started LAST week for those
who are already working for the county. We have had at least 100 jobs
posted already for transfers. There will be more. We won't be hiring
800 teachers this year, but we are NOT laying anyone off. We will
hire at LEAST 150-200 NEW teachers. :) These won't take place until
after transfers around June 20th.
