That is quite true - however, I have the right to be annoyed by it. Loudoun
is not the only school district in the Commonwealth.

No - I examined my options and decided that NOVA sucked big time and chose to
go elsewhere.

Yes, especially rampant in Loudoun - where the 'slaves' are willing
participants who reserve the 'right' to whine.
