Frank: Vermont is a lovely state and I am sure that it will be a refreshing change from Indiana. First of all, please check out the following sites. Note that you have to register first and you can post your resume, and these two sites will advise daily via e-mail the job openings in your specific field in Vermont or any other states you wish. They are FREE! teachers to teachers.com educationamerica.net There is an excellent teachers employment agency located in Manchester, New Hampshire called Hampshire Teachers Agency that helps their clients land teaching jobs in all of New England. It is NOT a free service so ask about the stipulations. The outfit does have a good reputation. www.hampshireteachers.com If you have not already done so, please apply for Vermont certification ASAP. Contact the Vermont Department of Public Schools via the official site for all the appropriate info and steps. The site may contain employment opportunities and school district sites.
