Were you able to obtain a Wash. State credential? I think
you should start substitute teaching at a few districts for
the rest of the year and build up friends and colleagues.
If they like you they will call you everyday and let you
know about upcoming teaching positions your should apply for
in their school. In my area (Lower valley, Central
Washington), usually right out of student teaching, you will
have a job with the district.
