Just wondering about the job prospects for a middle school
or high school science teacher in the greater Madison area.
My husband and I will be relocating there over the summer.
He currently teaches 9th grade Biology at a private school
in Honolulu and has taught middle school science and math
in the past. He has a masters degree from UW and has 10
years of very good teaching experience including
international schools abroad as well as public schools in
the US.
Is there any hope of finding a job in the Madison area? We
need to relocate to be near family as we have infant twins
and Hawaii is too expensive. I am a speech pathologist and
would consider working part of full time if he cannot find
a job.
What do you think? Any advice is appreciated!!!
Aloha from Hawaii
