The CSCOPE babies are now coming up the grades and the upper
level teachers are wondering why the students count on their
fingers when they do simple math, can't write a cohesive
sentence and can't read. That's OK. We can hire more coaches
to fix the teachers instead of additional teachers to reduce
class sizes.
