Hi! I currently teach in Minnesota and have been for 17
years. I am licensed K-12 ESL and elementary K-6. I taught
in one district for 14 years and accepted a position in a
neighboring district (for much better pay) to coordinate
their ELL program.

My parents and only sister live in the suburbs of Dallas. I
am contemplating the idea of moving to the area in the next
few years. What does the job market look like there for
someone with my experience? Any hope at all?
