Ethical by what standard, SBEC? Its the teachers PDAS, they can
distribute it to whoever they want to. If the school as owner of
the server thats hosting the website doesnt have an issue with
it, its not illegal, and again there is no SBEC ethical violation
happening.
The confidentiality requirement is a burden on the district to
comply with, but the teacher can do what they want with their
