Except that the poster of the "water cycle" was made for CC
and all the publisher did was take the CC standards note
off of it. They dont make a special version for Texas.
There isnt a room labeled "Texas Stock Materials" for
supplemental materials exclusive to Texas. Its not an issue
when both concept materials are aligned, its when the
differences become minor, that the publisher does the
equivalent of "shrugging" and hoping no one notices or
cares enough to make an issue of it.
