There is no "defeat" C-SCOPE is still around, it wasnt
banned, no one was indicted, or went to jail, no one got
sued. The program is still the same, we just supply the
exemplar lesson plans to districts they just go through
admins first. In addition weve progressed our training and
workshop program. There will always be more C-SCOPE/TRS to
learn. I dont see how anything or anyone with power did
anything, the sun has a lot of power but unless it goes
nova or there is a particularly strong flare, its not a
    problem.

Your always advising people to do whats going to get them
non-renewed, our new ambassadors approach further
identifies and puts teachers on notice that what they say
and do in and out of the classroom and the school can be
held against them. Its coming up on a decade and C-SCOPE
is becoming stronger not weaker. Sure you have a right to
freedom of speech, tell that to someone working at Dell, or
USAA if they can just say whatever they want against their
company and keep their job, why do you think your any
different? You wont be non-renewed for your political
opinion, youll be non-renewed for "poor collaboration" or
    something else thats indefensible.

Even if you got rid of C-SCOPE, something else would take
its place. You cant leave a vacuum and all that money on
the table. Its been that way for 50 years. This idea that
teachers will be trusted to get the job done and close
their doors is delusional. No one trusts teachers and half
of them think were stupid, and couldnt get real jobs.
