I'm retired, so I can now be honest and say this. I used
C-Scope EXACTLY the way I was told to by my superiors the
first year it came to my school, and my students scored the
WORST scores I EVER had ANY class score on the state test.
At that time, I had been teaching for 20 years. The next
year, I pretended to use it, but went back to my old way of
teaching and my students scored the highest in the 6th grade
on the same test. C-Scope is/was a total scam. Their
marketing was their ONLY strength and that's only because
they were well aware that administration always looks for
the quick fix. Pathetic.
