This is their way of eliminating a high salary person with so
called crappy excuses to get two new teachers. The whole
system is sad. I retired because my principal started her little
fake routine. I fought her tooth and nail and wrote rebuttals.
She backed off when I told her I would bring in LULAC.
Thank God I left this unfair system. Oh I know what mr
expert PSY guy will say that it is because there are people
lined up for our job. Wrong. The ironic thing is I was called
to see if I wanted to do a long term sub job because no
teacher was found for a position. I said sure I can do the job
but won't. Tina's are being given to veteran teachers.
