    Here are the circumstances:
    1. Family is wealthy
    2. One parent is a lawyer.
    3. State of Texas allows parents to teach their kids to drive and
    opt out of driving test-which they did.
    4. Student IQ is below 85
    5. Student has other motor skills that prevent writing, etc.
    6. Student is on multiple medications for everything ranging
    from the public diagnosis of ADHD through seizure meds-
    things that would prevent many regularly abled people from
    driving.
    7. Nobody can suggest anything is out of normal range to
    parents.
    8. They bought student a car and will turn over keys after we
    return from break.
    9. Student will have to cross major highway and go through at
    least five school zones
    10. Do we have to wait until this student hurts herself or
    others?
