Follow the IEP/behavior plan. Document everything. Confront
them both and tell them you can spend all day battling this
unqualified jerk's opinions, or you can do your job and
service these kids. If they aren't allowing you to follow the
IEP, tell them the next move you are going to make is to call
an ARD and inform the parents of what is going on. Make sure
the parents have TEA's phone number in hand. The district
should already inform them of their rights and how to contact
TEA to begin with.
