    On the contrary. It will keep you from getting your @ss sued off.
    This is info the district is required by law to give the parents.
    It's called "Notice of Procedural Safeguards" and is found on
    TEA's website. If your district isn't doing this, they are
    breaking the law big time.

    If your district is also have those "let's concoct a plan to gang
    up on this parent" pre-ARD conferences, that can also get you into
    big time hot water.
