    Not really, admins like to ding everyone on something, that
    way if they have a problem later, you wont be able to show
    up with a perfect PDAS and say how can I be "bad" when my
    reviews are all perfect and stellar. The admin is just
    giving herself an out if she needs too at some later time
    in the future.
    "Tweaks" should not result in below proficient, you only
    need to be proficient 90% of the time to be proficient.
    That means 10% of the time you can be absolutely horrible.

    The debate team means nothing.
