Just because your not on the hit list now, doesnt mean you wont be,
and its much harder to compile a case for non-renewal when the
previous evaluations show no deficiencies.
This wasnt an actual behavior management issue, the principal said
she needs to tweak her lesson to flow a little better. Thats not
below deficient.
