Texas hasn't used the PRAXIS for a very long time.
The current assessment is called the TeXas, it is
administered by ETS, the same company that
    administers the PRAXIS.

Texas occasionally discontinues certain tests as new
certification names and titles are created. The new
elementary certification is called "Core Subjects: Early
Childhood-Grade 6", you can still apply for the former
certificate but there are no more administrations of
    the old exams.

The test is 291 "Core Subjects EC–6", the exam is
computer administered and is 4 hours and 40 minutes
long. In the past all TeXas exams were 5 hours and
    many of them still are.

ESL used to have several options, mainly a bilingual
generalist, this is no longer the case. The only ESL
license you can currently apply for in Texas is "English
as a Second Language Supplemental", Test 154, and
    is 5 hours long.
This will allow you to teach ESL in primary (with or
without the Core Subjects EC-6) certification, teach
ESL resource classes, and inclusion support ONLY if
you also have that subject certification.
If you are interested in teaching at the middle school
or high school level ESL you would really need to add
the 7-12 English Language Arts and Reading
certificate (exam 231) as the ESL course is typically
used for the students language arts credit.

You can choose to take either the "Special Education:
EC-12" or the "Special Education Supplemental"
exam, however I strongly advise you take the Special
Education EC-12 (exam 161), this exam is offered year
round as opposed to the special education
supplemental exam which has limited administration
windows. The tests both cover the same material and
    competencies, but the special education
supplemental certificate will only allow you to teach
special education students in areas that you have
another certificate in, essentially you would only be a
primary special education teacher. The Special
Education EC-12 certificate would allow you to teach
all grades and ages of special education.

You will also need to take another exam the Pedagogy
and Professional Responsibilities EC–12 (exam 160),
    often referred to as PPR.

You can schedule two tests per day, one in the
morning and one in the afternoon.
