On a perfectly gorgeous summer morning, I sped to spinning class on my bike to get there on time. I was sweating profusely before I even started class. It was a new routine and we worked our upper legs very hard. I got off that bike at exactly 17 miles. The ride home was enjoyable and relaxing as I coasted along.

men52 Elaine: I used to live in Goshen in Elkhart County for nine years. I laughed at your Yoder toter comment. I knew a couple of people who drove Amish around but I don't recall that moniker. Now neighbors named Yoder were plentiful - like Miller, Hershberger, Schwarzenruber, etc Thanks for the memory!
