I put in 18 miles in spinning class this morning. It was SO HUMID again today with more of the same through tomorrow. I didn't ride to class for the first time this summer due to the predicted storms. The weather people were right this time.

Spent the day yesterday walking through the museum with the grandkids so got plenty of exercise there.

Hope to get a solo ride in early tomorrow AM before the heat bears down.

Nice to see Bev reporting in. That bike with the disc does sound like a spinning bike. I have never had migraines but I have seen how awful they can be to people. I remember my husband's aunt would lie in a dark room for days she was in so much pain. I used to get bad headaches for years through my teens and early 20's. I finally paid attention to possible triggers and mine were all food related. Chocolate is the only one left in the list and if I just don't eat the whole package at once, I can handle that - lol

Keep movin' everybody!
Bev-MI men52, keep on spinnin'! Love the museum trips with the "littles".

Jrod, I hope you are feeling better today!

Elaine, enjoy NYC and the grands. I hope to visit one day...bucket list?

Class is always 60 minutes and I have been going twice a week since the first of the year. Now that I am training for that outdoor ride the end of August, I have added 1-3 more outdoor rides to the spinning classes. ...See More
