Mailing lists require CGI access. There are two inexpensive approaches to creating your own electronic mailing list:
- You can download and install Great Circle Associates' Majorodomo, a hardy full-featured freeware listserv program written by Brent Chapman. Be warned - Majordomo is a very complex program, and is not for the faint of heart!
