Activity Time: 30 minutes

Objective: Attributes - Sorting by color, size, how many holes
Read story Frog and Toad: The Lost Button
This story is excellent as frog and toad search for a very specific button. Attributes of each button they find
is described.
Then give small groups of children a baggie of buttons - 15 to 20 buttons. They then sort them to attribute they choose.
I usually ask them to sort three different ways.
