Have the kids assingned to a Magic Tree House book. Have them try to read all of the books. Then have them fill out the packet. Do this during Language Arts.
Then if they are all done with that go on to the next lesson, The Boxcar Children.
In the packets you should at least have the following papers:
>one page for each of the books.
>one test for each chapter.
>a little story to read to them before they read the actual books.
