I did this lesson with my class and they really
enjoyed it. Once upon a time there were three friends who lived in three houses. There names were c, a, and t . c lived in c house, a lived in a house and t lived in t house. They came out in the evening to play in the garden. ( I draw three housed and a garden on the board). They played together and made the word cat. I do the same one to introduce other three letter words.
