Concepts Taught: Teaching alphabet sounds

The teacher should first give out flash cards of pictures to the students. Then she hangs out the
chart on which pockets are made and sounds are written. When the teacher calls a particular sound the student comes and puts the flashcard in the appropriate pocket on which the sound is given. ( THe pockets can be made on a cloth material chart also. The alphabet are written on a piece of paper and attached to the pockets).
