Materials Required: cd and cd player
Activity Time: as much time as needed
Concepts Taught: tech history and work out

pick some songs from online or your own cd collection. all types country, rap, r&b anything. make sure you have dances like the tootsie role in there and teach them that dance. Then teach them or have them teach you new dances. let them bring in there own music and then for like 10 min. let them dance how ever they want to. tech them the tootsie roll then soulja boy then pop lock and drop it. have them right a report on the way music has changed over the years.
